Job purpose

Sales and customer management

• Manage incoming inquiries and tenders and provide effective customer responses.
• Prepare and deliver supporting documents, samples, and submittals to customers.
• Coordinate materials with department coordinators and demand planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor competitors and report findings to sales management.
• Organize technical meetings and seminars, provide technical support, and coordinate activities that strengthen market presence.
• Report to management, manage customers professionally, identify and follow up on projects, and maximize project realization.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and collect payments on time to prevent overdue balances.
• Update project records in C4C and maintain accurate forecasts to avoid stock-related financial costs.

Team and operational accountability

• Train, coach, direct, and delegate work to subordinates and distribute tasks fairly.
• Meet operational and development targets, use resources effectively, and report deviations from planned work.
• Resolve operational problems or escalate complex issues; support quality, process improvement, compliance, and safety requirements.

Qualifications and competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of work experience.
• Competence in sales forecasting, sales promotions, sales trend analysis, sales presentations, and sales tools.
• Ability to train, coach, direct, and delegate work to subordinates.
