Qualifications
- Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field. 6–9+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering. Demonstrated experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.). Experience testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar. Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, REST‐Assured). Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Solid grasp of SQL, NoSQL, and data validation techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross‐functional teams. Detail‐oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to mentor others and influence quality culture across teams.
