Senior QAQC Engineer -Main Contractor ( High Rise & Mid Rise)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team at a leading main contractor in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout all stages of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Review and approve quality control documentation, including method statements and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead quality training sessions and workshops for project personnel to enhance awareness and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and relevant regulations to ensure continuous improvement.
