Amazon Now seeks a results-driven senior program manager for strategic projects and network loss reduction across dark stores and regional distribution centers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
The role focuses on improving customer experience, reducing costs, and continuously improving operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives across all miles in MEATR and own the network loss P&L for dark stores and regional distribution centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
- Set and deliver annual and quarterly targets across WHL, WHD, and concessions.
- Use data for root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions at site, regional, and network levels.
- Lead Kaizen and improvement projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and benefit tracking.
- Operate WBRs, MBRs, flash reports, and dashboards to monitor loss trends, flag deviations, and enforce accountability.
- Partner with program teams, Finance, core fulfillment center operations, ICQA, Transportation, and Technology.
- Develop scalable loss-reduction playbooks for new launches and geographies, and embed practices in standard operations.
- Investigate high-loss events, write COEs where applicable, and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
Basic qualifications
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of process improvement experience.
- A master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
