Sr. Product Analyst, Telematics

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market and communications strategies for newly developed products.
• Build and improve operational data sets with Data & Analytics Engineering and use data to generate insights and decision metrics.
• Collaborate with architecture, technical delivery, Product Development, IT, Product Managers, and Pricing to design and deliver product capabilities.
• Develop reusable policy and telematics data and use adoption signals to inform the roadmap.
• Assist with state insurance filings and maintain pricing and policy revision materials.
• Analyze competitors, product performance, and insurance and market issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of P&C insurance experience required.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills and Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Ability to research competitor filings, evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements, and turn data into recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, results orientation, multitasking, and business decision-making skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Auto telematics experience is a plus.
• Product development experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Kanban, or Scrum is a plus.

Work arrangement

• The role may be hybrid or remote. Employees near an office are expected onsite Tuesday through Thursday; employees not near an office may work remotely and come to an office as business needs arise.

Compensation
