Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Enterprise Learning measurement and analytics strategy aligned to business and capability priorities.
  • Establish common measurement frameworks, KPIs, standards, and methodologies across the learning portfolio.
  • Integrate learning, assessment, survey, skills, workforce, and performance data to create a holistic view of effectiveness and capability development.
  • Move measurement beyond participation and completion to evaluate adoption, application, proficiency, behavior change, performance, and impact.
  • Partner with learning teams to define success measures and practical measurement plans at the outset of priority initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, executive insights, and impact studies that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and investment implications.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations, while building measurement capability through tools, guidance, and consultation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in analytics, business, organizational development, I/O psychology, learning, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in learning analytics, measurement, people analytics, workforce analytics, or a related discipline, ideally in a large, complex organization.
  • Expertise in measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, assessments, and impact analysis, including outcomes beyond learning activity, using various tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, and Visier.
  • Strong analytical ability to integrate and interpret multiple data sources and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, survey and assessment data, skills data, and enterprise reporting and visualization tools.
  • Strong consulting, communication, storytelling, and influencing skills with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our NE office locations will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
  • Compensation
  • The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
  • $96,000 - $144,000
