Description

Tech skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure, Kafka.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience.
  • Work closely with managers (technical and product) to define and plan projects and activities.
  • Develop and implement an architecture strategy.
  • Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure high-quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity.
  • Work closely in small teams to create well-integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts.
  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience.
  • Should be strong in Core Java and design principles.
  • Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
  • Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful web services and microservices.
  • Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases.

Job Responsibilities

  • Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
  • Should be proficient with Azure services.
  • Basic understanding of caching (Redis) and search/index platform (Elasticsearch).
