Senior Java software development role requiring 6–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Work with technical and product managers to define and plan projects.
- Develop and implement architecture strategy; facilitate collaboration on engineering best practices and customer needs.
- Maintain code quality through reviews and defect prevention.
- Build integrated products in small teams and short design cycles, with documentation and reusable artifacts.
Requirements
- At least 6–8 years of software development experience.
- Strong Core Java, design principles, J2EE, Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Strong Spring Boot, RESTful web services, and microservices experience.
- Experience with RDBMS/MySQL and proficiency with Azure services.
- Document processes and code using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Basic understanding of Redis caching and Elasticsearch search/index platforms.
