Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager & Team Lead** with strong experience in IT and Managed Security Services (MSSP).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing accounts within the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT and MSSP services
  • Promote and sell cybersecurity solutions such as SOC, SIEM, endpoint security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and cloud security
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and forecasting reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and competitor activities

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in IT/cybersecurity sales (**MSSP experience preferred**)
  • Prior experience in a **team handling or leadership role** is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, SOC, EDR, firewalls, cloud security, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Strong network within the cybersecurity or enterprise IT market

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with MSSP providers or cybersecurity vendors
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
