Key responsibilities

• Own global headcount and OpEx forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Model technology investment tradeoffs, headcount scenarios, and resource allocation.

• 3+ years analyzing financial data and identifying patterns supporting business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

• 4+ years participating in team continuous-improvement projects that scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• Experience with large-scale data mining/reporting tools such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.
