Sr. Electrical Engineer
About This Role
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
Ensure smooth operation of pipe manufacturing machinery as per production plans.
Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance and breakdown activities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
Monitor and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of solid state HF welding machines, maintenance of tube mill drives (AC/DC motors), and maintenance of cold saw machines.
Ensure minimum downtime in production operations.
Maintain spares and manage critical inventory levels.
Monitor power consumption and optimize energy usage.
Lead, guide, and supervise electricians.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
