Overview
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth operation of pipe manufacturing machinery as per production plans.
- Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of solid state HF welding machines, maintenance of tube mill drives (AC/DC motors), and maintenance of cold saw machines.
- Ensure minimum downtime in production operations.
- Maintain spares and manage critical inventory levels.
- Monitor power consumption and optimize energy usage.
- Lead, guide, and supervise electricians.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
