Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure-as-code artifacts, modules, and applications.
• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate security across technology stacks.
• Design resilient and scalable infrastructure using GCP and other cloud platforms; apply SRE and DevOps practices.
• Configure application monitoring and create customized monitoring solutions when needed.
• Manage development, staging, and production environments and keep DevOps documentation current.
• Plan long-term infrastructure scaling, capacity, and hardware, software, and storage costs.
• Ensure platform designs comply with security guidelines.
• Manage repositories, branching strategies, and version control using GitHub.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years implementing platform and DevOps solutions and working in a high-performing DevOps team or related role.
• 2+ years of enterprise performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and infrastructure migration between cloud providers.
• Strong Terraform infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Containerization experience, for example with Docker, Colima, or Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting or coding skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience supporting GitHub or CircleCI pipeline tools.
• Understanding of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance, including secure coding and vulnerability scanning.
