Senior Technical Product Manager – Integrations

About the role

Product strategy and technical leadership

• Own the Integrations roadmap and prioritize supplier opportunities, platform improvements, and reliability investments using business impact, technical feasibility, and data.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into problems, requirements, trade-offs, acceptance criteria, dependencies, rollout plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build understanding of supplier ingestion workflows, APIs, SFTP, schemas, normalization, link generation, attribution, reporting, observability, and downstream impacts.
• Partner with Engineering and Technical Leads on architecture, technical risks, quality, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability.
• Set accountability for QA, tracking validation, monitoring, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement; reduce integration time and make onboarding repeatable.
• Lead product work for supplier discovery, qualification, integration planning, launch readiness, and post-launch performance reviews.

Supplier and partnership leadership

• Act as product counterpart for strategic travel supplier relationships, working with Supply and Strategic Partnerships.
• Turn supplier conversations into structured inputs and prioritized decisions.

Requirements

• At least seven years of product management experience, including substantial experience with technically complex products, platforms, APIs, data products, infrastructure, or integrations.
• End-to-end product or roadmap ownership from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and measurable impact.
• Technical fluency with API documentation, data flows, system boundaries, schemas, contracts, technical risks, and engineering trade-offs.
• Experience working with external partners, suppliers, vendors, or enterprise customers to reconcile requirements, timelines, technical constraints, and commercial interests.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including metrics, dashboards, event data, experiment assessment, and business cases.
• Experience creating accountability without formal authority and helping cross-functional teams deliver to a quality bar.
• Excellent written communication and comfort making decisions amid ambiguity while documenting assumptions and risks.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, affiliate, e-commerce, marketplaces, ad tech, or another ecosystem with multiple suppliers and attribution flows.
• Experience building or operating travel supplier, booking platform, affiliate network, or other external API integrations.
• Experience with deep linking, link swapping, redirects, transaction attribution, commission reporting, or data normalization.
• Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, supplier selection, partner performance, integration platforms, onboarding, observability, reliability, or developer experience.
• Previous experience in engineering, data engineering, solution architecture, or technical implementation.
