Senior Technical Product Manager – Integrations

Role overview

Product strategy and technical leadership

• Own the Integrations roadmap and prioritize opportunities, platform improvements, and reliability investments based on impact, feasibility, and data.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into requirements, trade-offs, acceptance criteria, dependencies, rollout plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Understand supplier ingestion workflows, APIs, SFTP, schemas, normalization, link generation, attribution, reporting, observability, and downstream impacts.
• Partner with Engineering and technical leads on architecture, risks, quality, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability.
• Set ownership for QA, tracking validation, monitoring, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement; improve integration speed and repeatability.

Supplier partnerships

• Act as product counterpart for strategic travel supplier relationships with Supply and Strategic Partnerships.
• Structure supplier input into prioritized decisions and lead discovery, qualification, integration planning, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience with technically complex products, platforms, APIs, data products, infrastructure, or integrations.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product or roadmap ownership from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and measurable impact.
• Can read API documentation; understand data flows, system boundaries, schemas, and contracts; identify technical risks; and discuss trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Experience working with external partners, suppliers, vendors, or enterprise customers and reconciling technical, timeline, and commercial needs.
• Strong analytical skills across metrics, dashboards, event data, experiment results, business cases, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Can create accountability without formal authority, communicate complex topics clearly, and make and document decisions amid ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, affiliate, e-commerce, marketplaces, ad tech, or another multi-supplier ecosystem.
• Experience with supplier or booking-platform integrations, external APIs, deep links, redirects, attribution, commission reporting, or data normalization.
• Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, supplier selection, integration platforms, onboarding, observability, reliability, developer experience, or technical implementation.
