Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research on land supply, demand, absorption rates, and competitor activity.
- Support the macroeconomic, demographic analysis, and real estate market trends impacting land sales.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support land sales strategies and investment decisions.
- Contribute to land valuation models Development and update using market comparables, residual land value, and development potential.
- Assess zoning regulations, land use policies, and planning constraints to determine highest and best use.
- Support negotiations by providing pricing scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
- Track land sales performance against approved budgets, targets, and timelines.
- Maintain dashboards and periodic reports covering sales velocity, revenues, and pipeline status.
- Analyze variances between actual performance and forecasts, identifying key drivers and risks.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management and commercial leadership.
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Prepare accurate and timely functional deliverables and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards
