Overview
To ensure all food operations comply with food safety regulations and company standards, protecting customers, employees, and the organization from food safety risks.
Monitor daily food handling, storage, preparation, and serving practices.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, equipment, and suppliers.
Lead food safety training and awareness for operations staff.
Manage temperature control, sanitation, pest control, and waste processes.
Investigate incidents and complaints and implement corrective actions.
Maintain food safety records, checklists, and audit reports.
