Job Purpose: Support the Operations Excellence function by assisting in financial performance tracking, audit observations tracking, data analysis, and reporting for operations sector activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive process optimization and improvement initiatives in collaboration with service providers.
- Facilitate training and monitor service provider progress in implementing operational improvements.
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics, resource utilization, and ROI to ensure operational strategies deliver measurable value.
- Monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and lead corrective actions where gaps are identified.
