Support the Investor Relations function through data analysis, market research, investor engagement, and maintenance of the investor database, ensuring accurate reporting and insights to support investor engagement and decision-making.

Maintain and update the Investor Database, ensuring accuracy of investor profiles, engagement history, and NDA status.

Support tracking of the investor pipeline, including status updates, engagement stages, and activity logs.

Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify potential investors aligned with RUA s investment strategy.

Analyze market trends, investor behavior, and sector insights to support opportunity positioning.

Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations on investor engagement and pipeline performance.

Support preparation of investor materials, including presentations, teasers, and briefing notes.

Coordinate internal data collection to support investment opportunities and investor communication.

Assist in due diligence support activities, including data gathering and investor background research.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all investor-related information in line with governance requirements.

Support the feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects, including market demand, financial projections, and operational requirements.

Support in ensuring business plans are aligned with company goals and objectives and meet the required standards of quality and profitability.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government agencies.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership and develop strategies to leverage these relationships.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on business development, progress and performance.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.

Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, including market research, competitor analysis, and business strategy development.

Implement asset management framework, policies, and procedures to evaluate the performance of managed hospitality assets, including KPIs and targets of individual assets.

Remain abreast of feedback from existing customers to improve and add to future plans on hospitality asset management and maintenance, and review pricing strategies of hospitality assets identifying ways to optimize them using various revenue management tools.

Prepare and present periodic reports on RUA s hospitality asset portfolio (operational and financial) to Senior Management and Stakeholders.

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participate in negotiations to ensure that all asset management activities are going as planned.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Oversee the budgeting process for new projects and ensure financial discipline is maintained.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.

Manage the procurement process for project-related resources and services.

Track industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
