Oversee Cash Application, including reconciling payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Handle International Invoice Processing, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment handling and improve overall cash flow.
Implement and maintain robust processes for payment tracking and reporting.
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Provide training and support to junior team members on payment-related processes.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in payment handling.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the back-office department.
