Job Overview
A reputable home healthcare provider in Dubai is looking for a qualified and compassionate female Speech Therapist to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves delivering personalized therapy services to patients in a home care setting, focusing on improving communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients by reviewing medical history and conducting speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, communication, and swallowing abilities
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and patient records
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Valid DHA License (mandatory)
- Degree or Diploma in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages required: Hindi, Malayalam, and English
- Female candidate, age below 30
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours
