Maison Abelane Polyclinic is a premium multidisciplinary clinic in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a professional and patient-centered environment. We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation services.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, experienced, and passionate about improving patients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions for children and/or adults
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare professionals
Qualification & Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
- Previous experience in clinical or hospital settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with both pediatric and/or adult cases
- Fluency in English & Arabic
