Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a skilled School Speech Therapist. The role involves assessing and treating students with communication, speech, language, and related disorders. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and parents to support student progress, and monitoring therapy outcomes to ensure the success of interventions. The therapist plays an active role in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy with a focus on diagnosing and treating Speech and Communication Disorders.
• Knowledge of Dysphagia management and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing Language Disorders.
• Strong ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
• Relevant professional certification or licensure in Speech Therapy.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with children is an advantage.
