Requirements
- 7-8 years of proven corporate security experience, in developing, managing and executing a protective services programme essential.
- · Demonstrated knowledge in areas such as physical security, travel security, emergency management, risk management and project management.
- · Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Able to brief senior executives and develop and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff at all levels. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, additional language capabilities preferred.
- · Sound judgement and ability to provide advice and make decisions under pressure and consistent with established policy, procedures and the local risk context. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards.
- · Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- · Familiarity with global legal and regulatory requirements for security personnel.
- · Be available to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis (subject to reasonable working conditions and relevant rosters)
