The Specialist Material Coordinator manages materials and finished-goods supply and logistics for regional service operations.
The role works with Service Operations, the global spare parts team, and sourcing and logistics partners to help deliver materials on time to service points.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply and logistics for materials, finished goods, and products supporting regional service operations.
- Support distribution and transportation; edit and monitor material demand and support requests in ERP and ServiceNow.
- Align MRP for automatic ordering and place local purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Support regional setup of storage locations in the ERP system.
Qualifications and experience
- Requires 4–8 years of experience in material management and proven import/export handling experience.
- Requires strong analytical and Excel data-manipulation skills, plus strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Working arrangement
- The role is generally available full-time as well as in other flexible working-time models.
