The Internal Audit Specialist executes the risk-based internal audit strategy for Al Abdulghani Motors.
The role performs financial, operational, and compliance audits, as well as ad hoc reviews requested by management or the Board.
The specialist also handles professional and administrative internal audit tasks assigned by the IA Assistant Manager or Director.

Job Purpose
The Internal Audit Specialist executes the risk-based internal audit strategy for Al Abdulghani Motors.
The role performs financial, operational, and compliance audits, as well as ad hoc reviews requested by management or the Board.
The specialist also handles professional and administrative internal audit tasks assigned by the IA Assistant Manager or Director.
Principal Accountabilities
- Perform audits under Institute of Internal Auditors Standards and Guidelines.
- Complete assigned annual internal audit engagements within quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Conduct special audits and other assigned reviews.
- Prepare and maintain working papers, IA memoranda, administrative records, and internal communications.
- Identify causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices and assess alternatives.
- Develop recommendations and document findings in reports.
- Lead audits, compliance reviews, and assessments for automotive technical processes.
- Visit locations to evaluate service quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance.
- Use SAP, Power BI, TeamMate+, and TMC Oasis to support audit activities.
- Maintain automotive technology expertise and share technical insights with the Internal Audit team.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering is required.
- Professional or technical certifications are listed among the required qualifications.
- The role requires 6–8 years of experience.
- Automotive experience with Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Toyota Philippines, or another TMC country entity is required.
Audit and Automotive Systems
- The role covers financial, operational, compliance, and risk-based internal auditing.
- Audit work follows Institute of Internal Auditors Standards and Guidelines.
- Systems used include SAP, Power BI, TeamMate+, and TMC Oasis.
- The role requires expertise in automotive technologies and automotive technical processes.
