HR support and employee relations
- Advise corporate leaders on employee relations, organizational changes, and HR matters aligned with business goals.
- Manage onboarding, role changes, promotions, exits, employee data, and process approvals using SAP SuccessFactors and OneFlow.
- Address grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions, contracts, terminations, and labor disputes in compliance with policies and UAE labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to employee concerns.
Talent, programs, and change
- Support timely performance reviews and feedback, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
- Roll out performance management, promotions, and talent development initiatives across the Corporate division.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements and support organizational changes, restructuring, role changes, and workforce planning.
- Maintain clear, consistent job descriptions in line with Rewards team guidance.
Experience and expertise
- Requires 3–5 years of HR experience focused on HR business partnering, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Requires knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations best practices.
- Requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and GMG’s OneFlow system.
- Requires experience supporting performance reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Corporate environment or similar-industry experience is a plus.
People management
The role has no direct supervisory responsibilities and works collaboratively across functions.
