Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects.
Provide financial analysis, reporting, and business insights for strategic decisions and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investment decisions.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and identify variances against budget and forecast.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and commitments and provide cost analysis reports.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to gather financial data and assumptions.
- Assist with senior-management presentations and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools.
- Support continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
- Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
