General Responsibilities
- Implement the day-to-day operational requirements for Data and Analytics, in line with the overall Data and Analytics strategy, vision and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Data and Analytics team, to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of services to stakeholders across DMC
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head Data and Analytics, to support with the monthly KPI reports

Data Collection And Preparation
- Collect, compile, and organize data from internal and external sources for data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
- Clean and validate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain structured databases and ensure proper documentation of data sources.
- Support the integration of data from multiple systems and stakeholders.

Data Analysis Support
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support senior team members in performing deeper analytical work and modeling.
- Segment data and prepare inputs for strategic analysis.
- Contribute to the development of insights through structured data exploration.
- Ensure outputs are aligned with defined analytical frameworks and requirements.

Reporting And Dashboard Development
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Translate data into clear charts, tables, and summaries for internal use.
- Update dashboards with the latest available data.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination And Data Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data inputs for analysis and reporting.
- Support stakeholders in understanding data requirements and submission formats.
- Respond to data-related queries from internal users.
- Ensure timely data collection from relevant departments.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding data needs and timelines.

Data Management And Continuous Improvement
- Support the maintenance and improvement of data management processes.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and flag them to senior team members.
- Contribute to improving data collection methods and workflows.
- Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on basic data tools, techniques, and best practices.

- Work closely with Senior Executive Data and Analytics and Studies and Research team on data and analytics reports
- Work closely with departments across DMC, providing data inputs and reports
External
- Coordinate with external data providers (e.g. Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, research partners, agencies) for data collection, as required
- Coordinate with Digital Dubai for dashboards and other digital requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficient: Data analysis and interpretation
