Overview

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, memos, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and administrative files in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistical requirements.
  • Monitor and manage service contracts and agreements with external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, offices, accommodations, and related facilities.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational.
  • Monitor utility services, including electricity, water, air conditioning, and other facility systems.
  • Manage office furniture, equipment, and organizational assets.
  • Follow up on facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support space planning, office moves, and facility improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Facilities Management are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance services, contracts, and office operations
