Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify target organisations and decision-makers; engage stakeholders through email, phone, and professional networks.
• Manage prospects from first contact to signed agreements; present value based on operational impact, ROI, and sustainability or compliance outcomes.
• Negotiate pilots and convert them into commercial agreements; prepare proposals, pricing offers, and business cases with internal teams.
• Identify public funding programmes and help clients budget for solutions; develop technology and infrastructure partnerships and co-sell on larger projects and tenders.
• Share client requirements such as connectivity, data privacy, and certification with product and engineering teams.
• Report pipeline status and market feedback; represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; 4+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving procurement and multiple stakeholders; ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Strong proposal, presentation, and business case preparation skills; excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven value-based selling focused on ROI and sustainability or compliance outcomes; willingness to travel; detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; native or fluent written and spoken Spanish.
• IoT hardware, building automation, or connected technology sales experience is a plus.

Compensation and job type

• Pay is AED 7,000–9,000 per month.
