The Research Assistant supports market research, business analysis, and materials for investor, client, and stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities
- Research markets, competitors, industries, and regulations using reliable sources; analyze trends, opportunities, risks, partners, and clients.
- Prepare research reports and recommendations; provide verified findings for investor, client, and stakeholder presentations.
- Deliver structured, chart-ready data to content and design teams and check presentation facts and figures.
- Maintain a library of facts, statistics, and sources, plus databases, trackers, comparison tables, and source records.
- Monitor industry news, regulatory changes, events, and funding opportunities; document reusable research methods and sources.
- Complete assignments accurately, confidentially, and on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification; 1–3 years in research, business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong research and analytical skills, source verification, clear factual summaries, organization, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
- Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charts; good Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English; must be based in Dubai and able to join immediately.
- Market research databases, Power BI, Python, or AI research tools; technology or IoT knowledge is a plus.
- Provide a sample of an individually completed prior research report or analysis.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
