Guest and spa services
- Promote spa services and retail offerings, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and answer questions about services.
- Check guests in and process payments as part of the guest experience.
- Manage reservation software and verify information.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards; maintain professional appearance and communications.
- Perform physical tasks including extended standing, sitting, or walking; navigating uneven surfaces; and moving objects within stated weight limits.
