The role
Manage one or more spa/salon locations with full P&L ownership.
Maximize customer satisfaction, employee wellbeing, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead service professionals and ensure operating processes and SOPs are followed.
- Manage service quality, hygiene, customer experience, sales, costs, and location budgets.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and location computer systems; ensure staff are proficient with systems.
- Work toward team targets and contribute to location sales.
- Coordinate and deliver staff training, including onboarding, refresher, and new-skill training.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and take remedial action, including coaching, training, or treatment resolution.
- Manage cleaning schedules and performance to maintain spa/salon cleanliness.
- Assess technicians’ and salon staff’s skills, address gaps, and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Spa Manager or Senior Supervisor in a similar environment.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Effective customer-needs assessment, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule; punctuality, initiative, teamwork, and ability to meet challenges.
- Awareness of cultural differences and respect for all individuals.
Pay
- AED 12,000–16,000 per month.
