Qualifications and skills
- Customer service experience and housekeeping experience in a hotel or retail setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including communicating with diverse individuals.
- Creative capability, an active problem-solving approach, and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet challenges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain towel levels, roll and store towels, collect used towels, and log laundry sent and received.
- Notify the Spa Manager about damaged towels or shortages.
- Clean glass and wooden surfaces, the client kitchen and dishes, and spa floors.
- Keep brand and promotion stands clean and correctly positioned.
- Help therapists with cotton cutting and maintain brushes and mops.
- Report maintenance issues to the Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Supervisor.
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning; clean the window display and products; wash decorative pebbles and the water fountain.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Dubai.
