The role
Manage one or more House of Enspa locations with full P&L ownership.
Maximize customer satisfaction, employee wellbeing, and commercial performance.
Location and service operations
- Lead service professionals and ensure adherence to operating processes and SOPs.
- Manage service delivery and customer experience, maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive location sales, manage costs to budget, and contribute to location sales and team targets.
- Manage inventory to ensure stock availability and prevent stock variance or missed opportunities.
- Maintain expertise in spa/salon computer systems and ensure staff are proficient in them.
Staff development and customer care
- Coordinate staff training with the training department and conduct onboarding, refresher, and new-skill training in line with SOPs.
- Assess technicians and salon staff, address skill gaps, and maintain organized records.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and take appropriate remedial action, including coaching, training, or treatment resolution.
- Manage cleaning schedules and staff performance to maintain cleanliness.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a Spa Manager or senior supervisor in a similar environment.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay listed as AED 12,000–16,000 per month; structured salary field lists AED 12,000 per month.
