Oversee daily operations at a spa or salon branch and ensure exceptional customer service.
Support smooth functioning across front desk, back office, and client-service areas.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front-desk communication, appointment scheduling, and cash handling; manage bookings, reconfirmations, and follow-ups using the branch booking system.
- Oversee reception staff and therapists and ensure they follow standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and empathetically.
- Monitor retail promotions, loyalty programs, and membership offers.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements.
- Support the Branch Manager with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on staff performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain branch ambience, branding, and customer experience standards; oversee operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
Qualifications and experience
- Five to seven years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail operations.
- Proven ability to manage staff and deliver high standards of customer service.
- Experience handling multiple telephone lines and managing client bookings.
- Strong customer service, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication abilities; attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, motivate staff, and work under a dynamic schedule.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
