What you'll do
- Oversee spa and recreation facilities and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and inspire therapists and recreation colleagues.
- Drive revenue through wellness programs, promotions, and retail initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and facility maintenance.
- Develop memorable wellness experiences aligned with the Grand Hyatt luxury brand.

- Previous experience managing spa and recreation operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
