Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
· Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries.
· Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
· Maintain reception area standards and client records.
· Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
· Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance the guest experience.
· Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
· Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa, or customer service roles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in recommending services and products.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
· Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is an advantage.
