Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Spa Receptionist / Operations Coordinator to join our Spa & Slimming Lounge in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, appointment coordination, customer service, and supporting the daily operations of the spa to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and front desk coordination
- Support daily spa and slimming lounge operations
- Coordinate with therapists and management regarding schedules and client flow
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic cashiering duties
- Maintain client records and booking system updates
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and organized
- Assist in promoting packages, memberships, and spa services
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in spa, salon, wellness, slimming, or aesthetic industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with booking systems or CRM software preferred
- English proficiency required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
