About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a warm, organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.
The ideal candidate will manage bookings, greet clients, coordinate with therapists, and ensure every visit begins and ends beautifully.
Proficiency in spa management software is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments and scheduling via spa software
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure
- Process payments and gift vouchers (if required)
- Answer calls, emails, and booking inquiries
- Coordinate with therapists on schedules and room assignments
- Manage inventory and supply stocks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with spa/salon software is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
