Overview
We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Spa Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently.
- Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information about spa treatments, services, and packages.
- Address customer concerns or escalate them as necessary.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spa services and treatments is an advantage.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be under the age of 40.
Salary
- Based on experience and qualifications.
