Core Responsibilities
- Assist DCDP/CDP with basic prep and cooking tasks.
- Learn and perform simple cooking techniques under supervision (boiling, frying,
- sautéing).
- Maintain clean and organized workstation.
- Follow recipes and portion controls carefully.
- Participate in mise-en-place, chopping, peeling, and basic stock preparation.
Quality & Safety Responsibilities
- Follow kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cross-contamination rules.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Observe cooking times and temperatures under supervision.
Inventory, Waste & Equipment
- Assist in ingredient handling, storage, and FIFO compliance.
- Reduce waste by careful prep and reporting unused items.
- Maintain knives, tools, and equipment in good condition.
- Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
