Responsibilities
- Plan sorting operations according to cargo volumes and timeliness targets; assign tasks and coordinate equipment.
- Supervise workflows, check compliance with operating standards, and improve sorting paths, methods, and efficiency.
- Respond to cargo damage and sorting errors, coordinate solutions, and inspect sorting quality.
- Manage daily team operations and train staff in operational skills and safety.
- Coordinate goods handoffs with loading, unloading, transportation, and other teams to support end-to-end logistics flow.

Requirements
- Ability to develop sorting plans based on cargo volume and timeliness targets.
- Ability to allocate tasks and coordinate equipment use to meet sorting and dispatch deadlines.
- Ability to supervise operational standards and improve sorting efficiency.
- Ability to inspect sorting quality and address cargo damage and sorting errors.
- Ability to manage, train, and motivate a sorting team, including promoting safety awareness.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with loading, unloading, transportation, and other operations teams.
