Solutions Architect

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and high-level solutions with Account Executives to support sales.
• Define and design technology solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
• Create and deliver customer-facing presentations.
• Deliver customer goals and project objectives within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate design-to-implementation transitions with Account Executives, manufacturer partners, and customers.
• Create solution design documentation, configuration diagrams, installation procedures, bills of materials, and statements of work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of datacenter architecture experience.
• Knowledge and implementation experience across cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, compute, private datacenters, networking, storage, replication, and malware prevention.
• Knowledge of authentication, routing and switching, network access control, and load balancing or application delivery controllers.
• Proven pre-sales solution design expertise.
• Experience in systems analysis and design and understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise, sales acumen, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
• Value-Added Reseller environment experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 plus a commission plan.
