What You'Ll Do

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture across enterprise environments.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Architect and deploy AI Agents that automate business processes across functions such as IT, finance and customer support.
• Build secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows into existing enterprise systems and processes.
• Run technical workshops, discovery sessions and proof-of-concept engagements with stakeholders.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance and governance standards.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft’s AI roadmap and introduce emerging capabilities into client solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in Microsoft cloud architecture or solution design roles.
• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform.
• Proven delivery experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing or implementing AI Agents in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), PowerShell and hybrid cloud setups.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
