Senior Software Engineer (Python) - UAE 🇦🇪
We're working with one of the most exciting AI startups to emerge from the Gulf region right now well-backed, moving fast, and doing genuinely hard work at the intersection of AI and enterprise operations.
They're hiring multiple Senior Engineers to join the team, and this is a role where you'll feel the impact of your work from day one.
The Role
You'll sit right at the edge of engineering and problem-solving taking loosely defined challenges from enterprise clients and turning them into robust, scalable systems in Python.
You'll own the full arc: from first technical conversation, through PoC, to production deployment and iteration.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Leading technical discovery with enterprise clients and architecting solutions from the ground up
- Building and deploying end-to-end AI workflows data pipelines, LLM orchestration, agentic systems, multi-step reasoning
- Owning delivery across multiple client engagements simultaneously, often with imperfect data and evolving requirements
- Writing clean, production-grade Python that others can build on
- Scoping and delivering PoCs with clear, measurable outcomes
What You Bring
- 5+ years in software or solutions engineering you've built things that live in the real world
- Strong Python this is your primary language and you're proud of your code
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, agentic systems, LLM integration, workflow orchestration, and APIs
- You can take a messy brief from a non-technical stakeholder and turn it into a working system
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable engaging directly with senior client stakeholders
