Salary

base + uncapped OTE + equity

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for advanced AI-powered enterprise solutions.

You’ll own the full commercial lifecycle across complex organisations - building relationships with senior stakeholders, shaping deals from first conversation through to close, and ensuring long-term value delivery across large-scale deployments.

You’ll be responsible for translating technical AI capability into clear commercial outcomes, helping enterprise customers rethink how they use automation and AI agents across customer experience, internal operations, and service delivery.

Alongside direct enterprise selling, you’ll also work closely with strategic partners and ecosystem players to accelerate deal flow and unlock joint opportunities.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to win in complex, high-stakes enterprise environments.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology sales
  • You've won enterprise deals and have a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience closing large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders and managing the full sales cycles from prospect to close
  • Strong ability to prospect, engage, and influence senior decision-makers at C-level and VP level
  • Proven success at engaging and expanding strategic enterprise accounts
  • Exposure to selling AI automation, platforms, or SaaS is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage and structure complex deal cycles
