Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE - AI - Enterprise AI) - UAE 🇦🇪
Working with a well-backed Enterprise AI start-up operating in mission-critical systems for large enterprises to hire multiple FDEs for the team in Abu Dhabi.
They’re focused on turning messy, document-heavy, high-stakes workflows into structured, usable systems powered by AI.
Less “chatbot”, more real operational impact.
This role sits right in the middle of that.
You’ll be taking loosely defined problems from enterprise clients and turning them into working systems.
*Must have experience building or deploying AI-driven workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool use, orchestration, LLM-powered systems)*

- What you’ll actually do:
- Lead technical discovery and shape solutions with clients
- Scope and deliver PoCs with clear outcomes
- Build + deploy end-to-end workflows (data pipelines, integrations, AI-driven processes)
- Own delivery from first conversation to production to iteration
- Work across multiple engagements at once, often with imperfect data and shifting requirements
- What you bring:
- 5+ years in solutions/software engineering, implementation, or technical consulting
- You’re comfortable in ambiguity and can structure messy problems quickly
- You thrive in complex environments & capable of dealing with customer stakeholders
- You can actually ship - not just design
- Hands-on RAG, agentic systems, APIs, workflow automations, etc
