Its AI-powered autonomy stack supports logistics and defence industries by enabling industrial vehicles to perform complex off-road missions.

About the Role

The role sits within the Solutions & Deployment team and focuses on winning autonomy programmes with defence and security customers.

The position combines a sales-driven mindset with engineering judgement and owns the technical side of deals from first conversation through trial and deployment.

The role works with commercial, product, engineering, field operations, safety, and government affairs teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate mission profiles such as convoy resupply, ISR, border patrol, route clearance, and logistics in contested or GNSS-denied environments into autonomy solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery and develop solution architectures, integration plans, and phased deployment roadmaps.
  • Own technical content for RFI, RFP, and tender responses, including compliance matrices and statements of work.
  • Plan and support field demonstrations, user trials, and validation rounds.
  • Support autonomy-stack integration with partner and customer vehicle platforms.
  • Lead technical discussions with senior military and government stakeholders.
  • Feed customer operational requirements into the Product and Engineering roadmap.
  • Support software and sustainment pricing and licensing structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Working understanding of ground autonomy building blocks, including perception, localisation, path planning, teleoperation, communications links, and remote supervision.
  • Experience with defence procurement, tenders, trials, demonstrations, and acceptance testing.
  • Comfort with Excel, Python, or equivalent tools and technically rigorous analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with military, government, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the region and spend time in demanding field environments.
  • Familiarity with UGVs, unmanned systems, defence platform integration, or military logistics is a strong plus.
  • Arabic is an advantage.
